Trauma is a ubiquitous and expanding aspect of all mental health work, particularly in the age of the pandemic. Trauma Informed Care (TIC) is a necessary lens through which we need to assess and treat our patients. This article reviews the principles of TIC and offers practical tips for integrating TIC into your everyday practice.
